I have completed my undergraduate studies in Computer Engineering at Boğaziçi University and my master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at Marmara University. I have held managerial positions in various global companies for many years. The pursuit of a better and more meaningful life and my curiosity about the human inner world led me to the profession of coaching.
In my coaching journey, I started my educational path at Sola Unitas, an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited academy based on Gestalt principles. I participated in training programs on basic coaching, relationship coaching, parenting coaching, executive coaching, career coaching, NLP Practitioner, and NLP Master Practitioner.
I also successfully completed the Emotional Reading and Micro Expression Training based on Professor Paul Ekman’s work at Sola Unitas Academy, earning the certifications of “Emotional Intelligence Expert (EIE)” and “Interview Assessment Expert (IAE)”. My interest in ancient knowledge and approaches also intersected with my path in Yoga and Ayurveda. I completed the Basic 200-hour Ayurveda training with Ulli Allmendinger, incorporating Ayurvedic teachings into my own life.
After successfully completing the Functional Medicine and Wellness Coaching training at the Functional Medicine Academy, I started working with Functional Medicine Doctors and Dietitians. While continuing to provide professional coaching services, I am also pursuing the necessary studies to obtain the globally recognized coaching title from the ICF organization.
