Body Mesotherapy

What is Body Mesotherapy?

Body mesotherapy is a safe and easy treatment. A mixture of selected products is micro-injected into the areas you want to treat for cellulite, stretch marks, scars, or sagging. These substances work at the intradermal level to break down fat deposits. They activate your venous and lymphatic microcirculation, speeding up your metabolism and helping eliminate excess fluids and toxins through urine. They also strengthen the collagen and elastin structures of the skin. Mesotherapy is one of the best ways to tone, stimulate tissue, and improve the appearance and texture of the skin without injections.

How Does it Work?

Mesotherapy is a technique that stimulates the skin both physically and chemically.

Physical (or mechanical) Stimulation

Physical (or mechanical) stimulation involves creating numerous microperforations (small channels extending into the dermis) in the skin. This controlled irritation stimulates fibroblasts to naturally reactivate collagen and elastin synthesis, resulting in accelerated cell renewal.

Creating Microchannels

Creating microchannels helps increase the absorption of active ingredients (drainage, lipolytic, anti-cellulite, and regenerative agents) by over 80%. The effect of stimulation varies depending on the depth of the microchannels.

Superficial (0.25 mm to 0.5 mm)

Focuses on brightness, moisturization, enlarged pores, and stimulating skin elasticity. Recovery after treatment is quick.

Deep (Between 0.75 mm and 1.5 mm on the Face and 2 mm on the Body)

Work directly on the dermis. The regenerative and skin tightening effects are stronger, causing more irritation, and the recovery period after treatment is slightly longer.

Who and What For?

Ideal conditions for mesotherapy treatment:

  • Cellulite
  • Crepey/Dull Skin
  • Sagging
  • Looseness
  • Stretch Marks
  • Scars
  • Water Retention

Body mesotherapy is suitable for all skin types.

What Happens During the Session?

After thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the area to be treated, a solution containing concentrated active ingredients specific to your problem is applied. Then, the depth of the microchannels (between 0.25 mm and 2 mm) is selected, and the device is moved across the skin surface in different directions several times.

After the treatment, the skin may feel warm and appear pink. In deep treatments, there may be a few small bleedings.

A body mesotherapy session lasts approximately 20 to 30 minutes and consists of 5 to 10 treatments, spaced 1 to 2 weeks apart.

Contraindications

  • Pregnancy or Breastfeeding
  • Eczema
  • Open Wounds or Infection in the Treated Area
  • Unhealed Scar
  • Taking Anticoagulants (Blood Thinners)

What to Expect After the Session?

Mild redness and slight swelling may occur for 24-48 hours after the session. There will be no disruption in your social life. You can use an appropriate cream during the week following your treatment.

It is recommended to wait at least four hours before touching the treated area.

You should wait 48 hours before swimming in a pool, using a sauna, or steam room.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

To achieve optimal results, it is important to follow a course of 5 to 10 treatments, with intervals of 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your individual goals.

Does it Hurt?

Depending on the depth of the microchannels in the treated area, the treatment may cause some discomfort in some individuals. An anesthetic skin cream is applied 20-30 minutes before the treatment.
